Refund, Cancellation & Chargeback Policy

QQUEST EDUTECH LLP

This Refund, Cancellation & Chargeback Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms of Use of QQUEST EDUTECH LLP (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), and applies to all users (“User”, “you”) accessing or purchasing our digital educational services through the Cereble AI platform.

By purchasing or subscribing to our Services, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to this Policy.

1. Nature of Services

QQUEST EDUTECH LLP provides digitally delivered educational content through the Cereble AI platform, including but not limited to:

  • Chapter-wise question papers for CBSE and ICSE (Classes VI–VIII)
  • Personalised evaluation of answer scripts by experienced board examiners
  • Mistake-pattern analysis and individual guidance
  • Concept notes and monthly guidance calls

All content is non-tangible, irrevocable, and instantly accessible upon purchase or subscription.

2. No-Refund Policy

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

  • All payments made to QQUEST EDUTECH LLP are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable
  • This includes:
    • Subscription fees (quarterly, half-yearly, annual)
    • One-time purchases
    • Promotional or discounted plans

Once access to the content is granted, the service is deemed fully rendered and consumed, and no refund shall be issued.

3. Limited Exceptions (Sole Discretion of Company)

Notwithstanding Section 2, refunds may be granted only at the sole discretion of the Company under the following circumstances:

a) Duplicate or Excess Payment

Where a user has been charged more than once for the same transaction.

b) Proven Technical Failure

Where:

  • The user is unable to access paid content due to a verified technical defect attributable solely to our platform, and
  • The issue remains unresolved despite reasonable support efforts

c) Unauthorized Transaction

Subject to:

  • Adequate proof
  • Internal verification
  • Compliance with payment gateway and banking norms

Note: Mere dissatisfaction, change of mind, lack of usage, or misunderstanding of features shall not qualify for refunds.

4. Refund Request Conditions

To be eligible for consideration:

  • A request must be submitted within 7 (seven) days from the date of transaction
  • Requests must be sent to: ceo@qquestedutech.com
  • The request must include:
    • Registered contact details
    • Transaction ID and payment proof
    • Detailed reason for the claim

Failure to provide complete information may result in rejection.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (if any) shall be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method
  • The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or intermediaries

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel subscriptions at any time
  • Cancellation will:
    • Prevent future billing only
    • Not entitle the user to any refund for the current billing cycle
  • Access shall continue until the end of the paid period

7. Free Trials & Promotional Offers

  • Free trials, if offered, must be cancelled before the billing date
  • Upon conversion to a paid plan, no refund shall be applicable
  • Promotional or discounted purchases are strictly non-refundable

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Users agree to contact us before initiating any chargeback or dispute
  • Unauthorized or malicious chargebacks may result in:
    • Immediate suspension or termination of account
    • Legal action where applicable
  • We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with supporting evidence, including user activity logs and access records

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • QQUEST EDUTECH LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or academic outcomes
  • Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the specific service in dispute

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific academic results
  • Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access
  • Suitability for any particular purpose

11. Abuse & Misuse Protection

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse
  • Suspend accounts engaging in:
    • Content misuse
    • Excessive refund requests
    • Fraudulent activity

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.

13. Modifications to Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.
