1. Services
We provide digital educational content through the Cereble AI platform, including but not limited to:
- Chapter-wise question papers for CBSE and ICSE (Classes VI–VIII)
- Personalised evaluation of answer scripts by experienced board examiners
- Mistake-pattern analysis and individual guidance
- Concept notes and monthly guidance calls
2. User Eligibility
- Users under 18 must use the platform with parental or guardian consent
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
- The Company reserves the right to refuse or revoke access if information is found to be inaccurate or misleading
3. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account
4. Payment & Subscription
- All payments are final and subject to our Refund, Cancellation & Chargeback Policy
- Subscription plans renew as per the selected billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Available billing cycles: Quarterly (₹1,499 × 4), Half-yearly (₹2,499 × 2), Annual (₹3,999)
- The Company reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice
- All transactions are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay); the Company does not store card details
5. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Cereble AI platform — including question papers, evaluation frameworks, guidance materials, concept notes, and design elements — is owned by QQUEST EDUTECH LLP
- Users may not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, or resell any content from the platform
- Unauthorised use of intellectual property may result in legal action
6. Prohibited Use
Users shall not:
- Share login credentials with third parties
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform or its services
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Upload harmful content, malware, or engage in any activity that compromises the security of the platform or other users
7. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms without prior notice
- Upon termination, access to paid content will be revoked immediately
- The Company shall not be liable for any loss of data or access upon termination
- Users may request account deletion by contacting ceo@qquestedutech.com
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the specific service in dispute
- QQUEST EDUTECH LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We do not guarantee specific academic results, continuous access, or error-free service
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal
10. Modifications to Terms
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time
- Updated versions will be posted on our platform with a revised “Last Updated” date
- Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms
